Accessibility at fyyxit

Our commitment

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the whole product — the marketing site, sign-in, and every screen inside your account. That's also the standard used to judge ADA compliance for websites.

• A "Skip to main content" link as the first thing you reach with the keyboard.
• One clear page heading per screen and headings that follow in order.
• Every control reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible blue focus ring.
• Form fields with real labels, clear required markers, and errors that say how to fix them.
• Status changes, toasts, and loading states announced to screen readers.
• Text contrast checked against AA, and never color alone to convey meaning.
• Animation and confetti disabled when your device asks for reduced motion.
• Automated accessibility scans run against key pages as part of our test suite.

Known limitations

We'd rather name these than pretend they don't exist:

• Credit reports and letters you upload. Scanned PDFs and photos come from third parties and may not have a text layer. We read them with AI and show the extracted text on screen, but the original file itself may not be screen-reader friendly.
• Handwritten-style letter previews. The preview mimics a handwritten page. The full letter text is always available as selectable, readable text next to the preview.
• Redaction canvas. Drawing black bars over an ID is a pointer-based task. Automatic redaction runs first and can be confirmed by keyboard; if you can't use the canvas, email us and we'll walk you through an alternative.
